The following Documents were approved at the November 16, 2015 meeting of the Cape & Islands Regional Network on Homelessness Policy Board. Thirty-two (32) individuals were in attendance including the Collaborative Applicant (Barnstable County), the Continuum of Care Coordinator, and the Continuum of Care Grant writer. Attendees at the meeting consisted of 5 governmental agencies and 20 organizations across the Cape & Islands. Please see the attached documents for detail:
