Unlock Your Gardening Potential: Backyard Horticulture Educational Series by Master Gardeners
Gardeners of all skill levels welcome
January 9, 2024 (Barnstable, MA) In February and March 2024, Master Gardeners Association of Cape Cod will lead Backyard Horticulture, an educational gardening course tailored to gardeners of all skill levels.
This comprehensive program encompasses a wide array of gardening subjects, including container gardening, pollinator-friendly techniques, herb cultivation, managing native and invasive plants, pruning methods, seed germination, soil enrichment, composting practices, and successful vegetable cultivation.
Course Details:
- Cost: Registration is $80.00 for either location
- When: February-March 2024
- Where: Harwich or Barnstable
Harwich Backyard Horticulture:
- Location: Harwich Community Center
- Schedule: Fridays, 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
- Dates: February 2 through March 22, 2024
Barnstable Backyard Horticulture:
- Location: Harborview Conference Room at the Barnstable County Complex
- Schedule: Thursdays, 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
- Dates: February 1 through March 21, 2024
Each Backyard Horticulture class includes multiple informative presentations, allowing participants to delve into various aspects of gardening, followed by dedicated time for questions and discussions.
