On November 1, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold a hybrid (in-person and virtual) public hearing on Proposed Ordinance No. 22, Establishing an annual salary for members of the Assembly of Delegates and Board of Regional Commissioners under Sections 2 – 3 and 3 – 1(b) of the County Home Rule Charter. The public hearing will be held in the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Center at the Barnstable County Courthouse Complex, 3195 Main Street – Route 6A, in the town of Barnstable, and via Microsoft Teams. The hearing will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinance. The full text of the proposed ordinance has been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County. It is also available on the Cape Cod Regional Government website. Instructions on accessing the public hearing will be detailed on the Assembly of Delegates Business Calendar for November 1, 2023 located at https://www.capecod.gov/county-government/meeting-center/.
