Below please find the County Wide annual bids that will be bid in the Fall and Spring of FY25. In parenthesis is the initial contract term. Contract terms and additional information including renewal periods, will be available once the documents are released for bidding.
Please note it takes some time to obtain information from all of the participating Towns. We urge vendors to check for bidding opportunities as they become available directly on the County’s e-bidding solution Bonfire.
Fall 2024:

- Roadway Construction/Public Works Items & Roadway Materials (April 1 – March 31, 1 Annual Option to Renew) WILL NOT BE BID UNTIL Early 2026

- Porta Potties (April 1 – March 31)
Spring 2025:
- Elevator (July 1 – June 30, 2 Annual Options to Renew) WILL NOT BE BID UNTIL Spring 2027
- C&D and Municipal Solid Waste (July 1 – June 30)
- Gasoline/Diesel (July 1 – June 30)
- Fuel Oil (July 1 – June 30)
- Paper (July 1 – December 31)
- Water Chemicals (July 1 – June 30)
